We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our office environment. Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
- Handle customer enquiries efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Sage50
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars for staff members
- Prepare correspondence and reports as required
- Handle general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, completing forms
- Ensure the office environment remains tidy and well-organised to promote efficiency
Qualifications
- Proven office experience or administrative background demonstrating organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience with Sage50 or similar accounting software is desirable
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good typing speed with a focus on accuracy
- Previous clerical experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for specific software tools
