What You’ll Be Doing:
- Turning giggles into growth by supporting children’s development through play and learning.
- Creating safe, stimulating, and fun activities (glitter may be involved).
- Building strong relationships with children, families, and your team.
- Keeping an eye out for muddy hands, runny noses, and big developmental milestones.
- Helping little ones become kind, confident, and ready for the big wide world.
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 3 in Early Years Education.
- A genuine love of working with children (bonus points if you know every word to “Baby Shark” and still smile).
- A patient, playful, and caring personality.
- A team player with a good sense of humour and big imagination.
- An understanding of safeguarding and health & safety.
