Precision Joinery Services is a specialist fire door contractor delivering high-quality fire door installation, maintenance, and remedial works across the UK. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Fire Door Carpenter / Joiner to join our expanding team.

The Role
You’ll be carrying out a variety of fire door works including:
- Fire door installations
- Fire door remedial works
- Fire door maintenance
- Occasional first and second fix joinery as required
- Working to BM TRADA, FIRAS, and manufacturer standards where applicable
- Completing job documentation and maintaining high standards of workmanship
The role involves travel throughout the UK, with occasional overnight stays required. Accommodation and work-related travel expenses will be provided when working away.
Essential Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience installing and/or maintaining fire doors
- Good knowledge of fire door regulations and best practice
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional attitude with good communication skills
Desirable
- FireQual, BM TRADA, FIRAS or equivalent fire door qualifications
- DBS Check
- CSCS Card
- SSSTS (advantageous but not essential)
- Asbestos Awareness
