Priory Wellbeing Centre Harley Street
Salary: £27,778 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of Priory's flagship outpatient wellbeing service, working in a fast-paced, supportive environment alongside experienced mental health professionals.
This role operates on a rotating shift pattern, Monday to Friday, covering:
7:45am to 3:45pm or 12pm - 8pm
Located in the heart of London's prestigious Harley Street medical district, Priory Wellbeing Centre Harley Street is Priory's flagship outpatient wellbeing service. We provide expert mental health support for adults, offering access to experienced psychiatrists, psychologists and therapists in a welcoming, modern and professional environment.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for a range of payroll, finance and administrative duties, including but not limited to:
Site finance tasks :
Weekly processing of invoices for sessional therapists
Managing the petty cash at site and monthly reconciliation
Creating and updating the finance accounts for clients and psychiatrists using Income Processing
Client-facing tasks and roles:
Debt collection
Refund coordination
Administration tasks and some reception duties

Essential:
We are looking for someone who can work independently and confidently manage their own workload within a fast-paced, changing environment. You will be organised, adaptable, and able to prioritise tasks effectively while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and efficiency.
Desirable:
Previous experience of roster management would be an advantage, although this is not essential as full training can be provided.
