An award winning, Independent Haslemere based Sales & Lettings Agency is looking for a full time Sales/Lettings Negotiator to join and expand an already successful team.
Experience within Estate Agency is preferred but not essential as training provided
We are an independent Estate Agent and would like somebody, well presented, friendly, confident and enthusiastic to join our team.
Role:
- To conduct property viewings on both sales and lettings properties
- Arrange and convert viewings into offers
- Build & Maintain excellent relationships with Clients
- Register and qualify Applicants
- Negotiate Offers
- Progress sales to a successful completion
- Conduct market appriaisals and secure new business
Requirements:
- Full Driving Licence.
- Own car necessary.
- Must be confident and good with people.
- Punctual and Presentable
- Experience as an Estate Agent preferable
Hours
5 day week
8.30am – 6.00pm Monday – Friday.
Every other Saturday – 9am – 4pm.
