Build Something That Changes Lives
Coachbuilt GB Ltd is the UK's and Europe's leading manufacturer of truly bespoke accessible motorhomes, caravans and everyday vehicles. We specialise in creating life-changing vehicles for wheelchair users, enabling our clients to enjoy independent travel, holidays and everyday life without compromise.
Every vehicle we manufacture is individually designed around our client's exact needs. No two projects are ever the same, making this an exciting and rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, craftsmanship and problem-solving.

As a Project Leader, you will take ownership of your own bespoke vehicle build from concept through to completion.
Working alongside our Design and Operations teams, you will be responsible for translating detailed designs into exceptional finished vehicles, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of craftsmanship, safety and quality whilst being delivered on time.

Work closely with our Design Engineer to ensure every customer requirement is accurately translated into the finished vehicle.
Ensure all work complies with relevant industry standards and manufacturer requirements, including IVA, NCC, AWS and vehicle manufacturer guidelines (full training provided).
Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
Report parts requirements, stock shortages and quality concerns to the Operations Manager.
Contribute positively to continuous improvement and support fellow team members when required.
