Multi Connex networks Ltd are looking for a professional/reliable Multi Utility office manager to join our established business based in The Northwest (Preston)
Key roles include:
- Management of utility design submissions/approvals
- Management of street works opening notices/section 50 Notices
- Management of utility project closure (CAD experience Essential)
- Management of Utility Accreditations within the business
- Asset adoption management
- Management of Health and safety within the office/Business
- Management of team whereabouts
- Management utility application forms/points of connection offers/network diversions
- Good understanding of Multi Utility in general
- Management of cost coding schemes and authorising invoices for payment
- Overseeing the financial element of schemes/business management
- Management of invoicing clients
- Management of Multi utility estimating
Pay and package negotiable based on experience
Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
