Sales Manager – Contact Centre
Overview
We are a nationwide company that provides Roof and Gutter cleaning to Commercial and Residential properties. We have over 330,000 happy customers.
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Sales Manager to lead our contact centre. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys driving performance and developing a high-achieving sales team.
The role is full-time and office-based at our Head office in Wych Cross, East Sussex.
The hours are 9-6 pm Monday to Friday and every other Saturday.
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of over 20 sales staff and reporting directly to the Sales Director.
Responsibilities
- Training, coaching, mentoring and developing the sales team
- Setting and achieving sales targets
- Distributing call lists across the team
- Holding weekly 1-to-1 meetings with team members
- Leading by example with active, hands-on participation
- Achieving the KPIs set by the Sales Director
- Reporting to the Sales Director
Skills & Experience
- At least 3 years' experience running a contact centre
- At least 10 years of experience in sales
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a sales team
- Strong people-management and coaching skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of hitting targets
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
A good basic wage is offered, alongside a lucrative weekly bonus structure for achieving targeted KPIs.
Pay: £40,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
