We are looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Community Carers, providing high‑quality support to people living in their own homes across Northampton and Milton Keynes. This is a rewarding role where you help people maintain independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver personal care and support tailored to each service user
- Assist with daily living activities such as washing, dressing, meals, and medication administration.
- Catheter and Stoma Care
- Support mobility and overall wellbeing
- Work from detailed individual care plans
- Communicate concerns or changes promptly to the management team
- Travel between service users’ homes paid mileage + paid travel time
What We’re Looking For
- A caring, patient, and reliable individual
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work shifts between 07:00 – 22:00
- No previous experience required — Full paid induction and training provided
- Car required due to community travel
Pay: £13.00 per hour
