We're looking for an Assistant Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, inspires those around them, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service every single day.
The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory or management experience within bars, restaurants or late-night hospitality, a genuine passion for leading people, and a hands-on approach to management. Working alongside the General Manager, you'll help build a high-performing team, drive sales, maintain exceptional operational standards and ensure every guest leaves wanting to return. WHAT YOU'LL DO & WHO YOU'LL BE?
- Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the venue.
- Lead shifts and inspire the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage bookings, VIP experiences and ensure every customer receives outstanding service.
- Help recruit, train, develop and motivate a high-performing team.
- Maintain high operational standards across the venue at all times.
- Assist in controlling costs, stock management and achieving business targets.
- Coach team members through regular feedback and hands-on leadership.
- Build strong relationships with Head Office departments and support company initiatives.
- Help grow Bloom's reputation as one of Bristol's premier nightlife destinations.
- Drive sales through excellent leadership, customer service and staff development.
- Lead by example, creating a positive, energetic and accountable team culture.
