The RISE Trust are seeking a dedicated Alternative Provision Room youth worker to join our team based at the RISE community hub in Chippenham.
Responsibilities
- based in the alternative provision room ensuring safe and supportive learning environment.
- implementing tailored intervention plans during sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to support children and young people
- level 2 in Childcare/youthwork or a relevant field
- Ability to work effectively with children and young people in a trauma focused way.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures.
