We are seeking a Compliance Director to lead compliance operations, oversee risk and documentation workflows, support service quality, and help strengthen internal standards across the business. Key Responsibilities
- Lead compliance operations, documentation workflows, and internal review processes
- Oversee team performance, reporting, service standards, and operational planning
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, internal teams, and business stakeholders
- Monitor compliance records, risk updates, workflow progress, and service quality
- Develop process improvements to strengthen accuracy, consistency, and efficiency
- Support staff training, task planning, performance monitoring, and workflow improvement
- Prepare senior-level reports, compliance updates, and business recommendations
- Ensure activities follow company procedures, confidentiality expectations, and service timelines
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Strong experience in compliance, risk management, quality assurance, business operations, professional services, or regulated administration
- Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
- Experience working with clients, internal teams, documentation workflows, or compliance support functions is an advantage

Pay: £86,000.00-£106,000.00 per year
