The Role:
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our sales and operational teams while delivering an outstanding experience for our customers. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, coordinating repair and remedial works, processing quotations, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule.
This is a fast-paced and varied role that requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
To succeed in this role, you will be a highly organised and proactive individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and achieving results. You will be comfortable working in a busy sales environment, managing competing priorities, and building positive relationships with both customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop an existing customer pipeline through regular follow-ups, relationship building, and identifying opportunities for additional products and services.

Act as a primary point of contact for customers, providing professional and responsive support throughout the customer journey.

Handle inbound enquiries efficiently, ensuring all requests are resolved promptly and to a high standard.

Prepare and issue quotations for remedial and repair works, following up to maximise conversion opportunities.

Coordinate with customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery and order fulfilment.

Monitor project progress and timelines, proactively communicating updates, delays, or issues to relevant stakeholders.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within company systems and databases.

Interpret and process technical information relating to repair solutions and customer requirements.

Produce reports, performance data, and customer insights using company systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Support the wider sales team in achieving business objectives, customer satisfaction targets, and revenue growth.
What You’ll Need:
Essential:
-
Minimum 1 year's experience in a customer service or sales support environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Experience managing customer enquiries and maintaining accurate records.
Desirable:

Previous experience in a sales administration or sales coordination role

Experience working within a construction, repairs, property services, or technical environment.

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting.
