Inbound Sales Executive (Warm Leads & Follow-Up)
Remote within the United Kingdom | Part-time employee, 29 hours per week | £16 to £18 per hour plus performance commission
UK Trade Leads helps established UK trades businesses capture and convert more of the opportunities they are already losing through missed calls, weak websites, inconsistent follow-up and a lack of reviews or pipeline visibility.
We are increasing our investment in advertising and are hiring someone to take ownership of the inbound revenue queue. This is broader than an appointment-setting role. You will respond to warm enquiries, qualify opportunities, run suitable sales conversations, follow up consistently, recover missed appointments and keep our GoHighLevel pipeline accurate.
What you will own
- Respond rapidly to new inbound enquiries during agreed coverage hours
- Speak with owners of UK trades and local-service businesses
- Understand their current lead flow, missed opportunities, follow-up and growth goals
- Qualify prospects and book or conduct the right next sales step
- Explain UKTL's websites, CRM, missed-call response, automated follow-up, reviews and local-marketing systems accurately
- Follow up opportunities that do not buy immediately
- Recover no-shows and stalled conversations
- Maintain complete, accurate notes, stages and next actions in GoHighLevel
- Review calls, accept coaching and improve your approach
- Report recurring objections, lead-quality issues and conversion opportunities
- Avoid exaggerated promises or guaranteed-results claims
What good looks like
- Every credible enquiry has an owner and a next action
- Prospects receive a fast, professional response
- Discovery happens before pitching
- Follow-up is persistent without becoming abrasive
- The CRM can be trusted
- Sales promises match what UKTL can deliver
- Call quality and conversion improve through coaching
Essential evidence
- Experience selling a B2B service or solution
- Credible examples of targets, pipeline and performance
- Strong spoken and written communication
- Disciplined follow-up and CRM habits
- Comfort speaking with small-business owners
- Ability to listen, diagnose and ask useful follow-up questions
- Reliable remote-working setup and availability for the published schedule
- Willingness to have work calls recorded and reviewed where lawful and disclosed
Experience selling agency services, websites, SEO, CRM, SaaS, lead generation, telecoms or services to trades and local businesses is useful, but evidence and coachability matter more than perfect sector history.

- Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 09:30-14:30

There is potential to increase hours if sustained demand and performance support it.
Pay
- £16 to £18 per hour depending on evidence and experience
- Written performance commission based on collected revenue and early customer retention
- £75 after the first cleared customer payment and £75 after the third successful monthly payment
- Commission is subject to written terms, which will be confirmed before employment
