Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and professional Class 2 Multi Drop Driver specialising in palletised deliveries. This role involves safely transporting goods to multiple locations, KY /PH/ DD/ IV/ AB postcodes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery while maintaining excellent customer service. The successful candidate will possess strong driving skills, experience with commercial vehicles, and a commitment to safety and efficiency. Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class 2 lorry for multi-drop deliveries, primarily involving palletised goods.
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to optimise time and fuel consumption.
- Load and unload pallets using appropriate equipment, ensuring the security of goods during transit.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately, including verifying delivery addresses and obtaining necessary signatures.
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, conducting routine inspections before and after shifts.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations, including compliance with road traffic laws and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging professionally with clients during deliveries.
- Complete all required documentation accurately, including delivery logs and vehicle inspection reports.
Skills
- Strong driving skills with a valid Class 2 licence.
- Experience in multi-drop delivery operations, demonstrating organisational ability to manage multiple stops efficiently.
- Familiarity with curtain-side loading techniques and securing pallets for safe transit.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Good communication skills for liaising with clients and team members professionally.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of safety and punctuality.
Licence requirements
- Full Class 2 Licence
- Up to date CPC
- Valid Drivers card (Tacho)

Salary
- £34,400 - with x2 annual bonuses of £500 giving a yearly salary of £35,400
Pay: £34,400.00-£35,400.00 per year
