About Us
Brewed On The Edge Of Bath. We create innovative, delicious, modern award-winning beer that delivers on that ‘glad to be alive’ vibe. We’re on the side of independence, craft, and creativity. We invite everyone into our world with positivity and optimism to break free of the chains and enjoy life.
Who We Are
Our approach to brewing is simple: we want to produce consistently great-tasting beers of all styles, from easy-drinking ales to highly-hopped, high-strength beers, from our core range to our experimental special releases.
We tell the stories, passion and personality that go into our beer. Better ingredients, more flavour, more care. We love what we do and we have fun doing it.
We aim to continue our steady organic growth and build on our reputation by expanding our amazing team who love and understand what we do, who nurture and build lasting and fruitful relationships with customers who we already know, and those that we are yet to meet.
The Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales, Marketing & Operations Coordinator to join our brewery team from December.
This is a varied role working across multiple areas of the business, providing essential support to the Head of Brand & Operations and Head Brewer while helping to keep key sales, marketing and operational processes moving.
Working closely with the wider brewery team, you will take ownership of important day-to-day processes across customer communication, order fulfilment, logistics, systems and administration. You will play a key role in keeping the brewery running smoothly, allowing the wider team to focus on growth, brewing and delivering great beer.
This is a hands-on role in a small, fast-moving brewery where no two days are the same. You will need to be organised, adaptable and comfortable taking ownership across a variety of responsibilities.

- Deliver excellent customer service across trade, retail and online channels.
- Support order processing, logistics and fulfilment to ensure products are delivered accurately and on time.
- Support marketing activity, including social media, customer communications and digital content.
- Maintain accurate information across business systems, online stores and sales platforms.
- Provide general administrative support and assist with projects across the business.

Requirements
- Experience in an administrative, coordination, customer service, sales support or marketing role.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicating with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
- Comfortable learning and using different systems and platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- A proactive approach and willingness to get stuck in.
Experience within craft beer, hospitality, food and drink or a similar industry would be beneficial, but isn’t essential.
