We support businesses with client coordination, operational support, service delivery, and process improvement.
We are looking for a Client Services Manager who can take ownership of client relationships and ensure that service standards are consistently met. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving operational challenges, and coordinating between clients, internal teams, and management.
You are not just handling client queries; you are building strong working relationships, improving service processes, and making sure clients receive dependable support from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients. Build strong professional relationships and ensure that client expectations are understood and managed effectively.
Service Delivery:
Monitor daily service performance, follow up on client requirements, and coordinate with internal teams to make sure work is completed accurately and on time.
Issue Resolution:
Handle client concerns professionally, investigate service issues, and provide practical solutions to maintain client satisfaction.
Process Improvement:
Review existing client service procedures and recommend improvements to make communication, reporting, and delivery more efficient.
Team Coordination:
Support and guide client service staff, administrative team members, or coordinators to ensure consistent service standards.
Reporting:
Prepare updates, service reports, and performance summaries for management and clients when required.
Stakeholder Communication:
Work closely with internal departments, external partners, and senior management to ensure smooth handling of client accounts and operational priorities.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
3+ years of experience in client services, account management, operations support, customer success, or a similar business support role. Previous experience in a supervisory or team coordination position is preferred.
Communication Skills:
You are confident speaking with clients, handling concerns, and explaining updates in a clear and professional way.
Organisation:
You can manage multiple client accounts, track follow ups, and keep work moving without losing attention to detail.
Problem Solving:
You are calm under pressure and able to find practical solutions when service issues or client concerns arise.
Leadership Mindset:
You can support team members, encourage accountability, and help maintain a positive service culture.
Pay: £2,800.00-£3,900.00 per month
