We’re seeking a detail-oriented Consignment Analyst to join our busy procurement team. You’ll play a key role in managing fruit consignments from arrival through to supplier payment, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth operations. You will have strong administration skills and work with a high level of accuracy and detail.
Working Monday - Friday, you will:
- Maintain intake trackers for all arrivals.
- Close consignments internally, including clearance costs and duty.
- Send returns to suppliers to ensure prompt payment.
- Liaise with buying managers and finance to maximise timely supplier payments.
- Update fruit pricing in the system upon arrival.
- Maintain procurement KPIs to track performance and profitability.
- Strong administration skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong numeracy and excel skills
- Experience with ERP systems (D365 ideally)
- FMCG experience is an advantage
