Are you an experienced Carpenter or Multi-Skilled Handy Person looking for a varied role within a prestigious Central London campus?
Atlas Workplace Services is seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team in Bloomsbury. Working alongside a team of engineers and reporting to the M&E Manager, you'll support the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across a large and vibrant university estate.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to be part of a supportive team delivering a first-class service to staff, students, and visitors.
What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out carpentry repairs and maintenance across the campus
- Supporting minor electrical maintenance activities
- Completing painting and decorating works
- Undertaking plumbing repairs and general maintenance tasks
- Maintaining the fabric of buildings to a high standard
- Responding to reactive maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Identifying opportunities to proactively resolve issues before they become larger problems
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with Health & Safety procedures
- Delivering an outstanding service to staff, students, visitors, and stakeholders across the campus
