Working directly alongside senior leadership, you will have significant autonomy, responsibility and the opportunity to make a genuine impact on both asset performance and the future growth of the business.The RoleThis is a broad and varied role encompassing asset management, investment, and project delivery across our growing portfolio.Key responsibilities will include:
- Driving asset performance through lease renewals, rent reviews, lettings and occupier engagement.
- Identifying and delivering value-add opportunities across the portfolio.
- Supporting acquisitions, disposals and investment appraisals.
- Overseeing refurbishment, repositioning and development projects from inception through to completion.
- Managing consultants, contractors and professional advisers.
- Preparing business plans, cash flow forecasts and performance reporting.
- Supporting the wider strategic growth of the business.
About YouThe successful candidate will be commercially minded, proactive and entrepreneurial, with the confidence to take ownership and make decisions.You will have:
- Experience in commercial property investment, asset management, agency or surveying.
- Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant matters.
- Excellent commercial, financial and analytical skills.
- Experience managing projects and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A desire to work in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
- MRICS qualification, investment experience and exposure to development or refurbishment projects would be advantageous.
