Position: Female Children's Support Worker (Complex Care)
Location: TS4

We are looking for a kind and dedicated female carer to support a lovely 3-year-old boy in Middlesbrough (TS4). This rewarding role involves providing complex care, including trachy and enteral feeding, while supporting him through nursery and his transition to primary school.
This is a permanent, ongoing role, so we are looking for applicants with full, unrestricted work rights in the UK. At iCare, we value individuals who are reliable, eager to learn, and passionate about growing into the best carers they can be.
What You'll Do:
- Provide high-quality care throughout the day, supporting the client in nursery and subsequently in primary school (five days a week).
- Assist with clinical needs, including tracheostomy care, enteral feeding, and personal care tailored to the client's specific requirements.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure all care plans are followed effectively.
Shift Details: 9am – 3 pm Three days a week Term Time while in Nursery. Please note that these hours will increase to five days per week once the client transitions to primary school.
About You:
- Female candidates only due to the nature of the role
- You are dedicated to providing the highest quality of care.
- Experience in children's complex care is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
- You possess excellent communication skills and a strong command of the English language.
- Willingness to learn BSL is required.
- You must hold an Enhanced Adult and Child DBS on the update service to be eligible for this role.
