We are looking to recruit a Production Manager for linen production at our plant in Perth. This is an opportunity to join a long established and successful company in a key management role.
Great Work/Life Balance with a Four day working week for full time. The details of the shift are as follows:
Shift One
Sunday 7.00am to 5.00pm
Monday and Tuesday- 7.00am to 7.30pm
Wednesday 7.00am to 1.00pm
Applicants essentially will be responsible for all operations and responsibilities within the Plant. Interested applicants should preferably have experience of working within a fast paced production facility and ideally have supervised production staff in the past.
Particular emphasis will be placed on:
- Organisation and training of staff
- Achievement of production targets
- Scheduling of work throughout to meet specific customer requirements
- Ensure customer needs are satisfied in relation to quality and service
- Ensure legal compliance and company requirements are met in relation to employment and safety
- Continuous improvement through development of the operation
- Supervision and control of all departments
