Salary: £27,132 to £28,871 inclusive annual salary plus Local Government Pension Scheme

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with the Customer Delivery team providing excellent customer service to our residents. You will be assisting customers with a wide range of enquiries by telephone, face to face or digitally and completing casework, providing you with an opportunity to grow and learn new skills.
