Registered Nurse – Paediatric Complex Care
(Tracheostomy, PEG, Ventilation, Epilepsy)

About the Role
We are looking for a experienced Registered Nurses to support our paediatric client at their home in Pulborough.
You will be working as part of a 2:1 package (RN + HCA), delivering safe and consistent care to meet the client’s complex clinical needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tracheostomy care
- PEG feeding
- Ventilation support
- Epilepsy management and rescue medication
- Chest physiotherapy / Cough assistance
- Medication administration
- Moving & handling and personal care
- Supporting non-verbal communication
Clinical Training & Support
We have introduced a structured in-house clinical training programme, designed and delivered by our clinical team who directly oversee this specific care package.
This ensures that all training is client-specific, practical, and aligned to how care is delivered in the home.
The programme includes:
- Paid, face-to-face training delivered by our in-house clinical leads
- Practical, competency-based training aligned to the client’s care plan and clinical protocols
- Opportunity to observe and learn from the existing care team
- Supervised shifts and competency sign-off before working independently
- Ongoing support and reassessment from the same clinical team managing the package
This approach provides consistency between training and practice, ensuring you are well prepared and supported in delivering safe, effective care.
Requirements
- Valid NMC PIN
- Minimum 1 year nursing experience
- Experience with tracheostomy, PEG, and/or ventilation
- Paediatric experience preferred
