Temp All Staffing Ltd are seeking an experienced and dynamic Spa Manager on behalf of a highly reputable, luxury spa venue. This role requires a hands-on leader to oversee daily spa operations, drive revenue, and maintain the highest standards of luxury wellness service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in team development and a deep practical knowledge of both beauty and holistic therapies.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Support, guide, and assess therapists across all treatment areas to ensure service excellence.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily spa workflows, scheduling, and health and safety compliance.
- Commercial Growth: Drive spa treatment bookings and maximise retail product sales through strategic promotion.
- Guest Relations: Maintain exceptional customer service standards, handling guest feedback with professionalism.
- Staff Development: Foster a motivating environment through continuous training and performance management.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in luxury spa management, wellness management, or premium hospitality management.
- Qualifications: Must hold verified Level 2 and Level 3 Beauty Therapy Certificates.
- Therapeutic Knowledge: Strong practical understanding of holistic therapies (massage, aromatherapy, facials) and beauty maintenance (manicures, pedicures, waxing).
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage, develop, and upskill a team of therapists.
- Right to Work: Candidates must have existing eligibility to work in the UK without restriction. No visa sponsorship is available for this position.
