Hive Healthcare is a new agency based in Carrickfergus. We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated care assistants to join our team. As an Agency Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need. Responsibilities:
Personal Care: Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting a positive and engaging environment.
Mobility Assistance: Assist clients with mobility challenges, ensuring safety and comfort.
Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organised living space.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided and any changes in clients' conditions.
Requirements:
Caring Attitude: Demonstrate empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to enhancing the well-being of others.
Reliability: Be punctual and reliable in fulfilling assigned shifts and responsibilities.
Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
Flexibility: Adapt to different client needs and schedules, as well as changes in the work environment.
Experience: 6 months, full time previous experience in care with the last 3 years. Online Training will be provided.
