We are looking for bar / Kitchen staff to work at The Woolpack pub, Chelmsford.

- Applicants must be 18 or over, and have the right to work in the UK.
- To produce and deliver drinks and food that meet with the company requirements and ensure that the service provided meets with the service standards expectations. .
- Keeping a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, napkins, straws, glassware, and other equipment.
- Organising the bar area to streamline drink preparation and inventory throughout the events.
- Processing payments and collecting money for drinks and food served, providing change as needed.
- Ensuring that a friendly, efficient, courteous, and consistently high service is always provided whilst interacting with customers.
- Always safeguarding the company’s stocks and monies.
- Understanding and adhering to cleaning disciplines set for all areas.
- Adhering and enforcing all legal and licensing requirements.
- Maintaining a positive attitude and having a good working relationship with your colleagues in all departments, maintaining a high level of communication, teamwork and respect at all times.
Essential:
- Weekend availability
- Customer focused individual with a great smile and an outgoing personality.
- The capability to meet scheduling demands of the position, including, walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods and working nights, weekends and holidays.
- Previous Bar experience.
- A good level of written and spoken English.
- Good with numbers.
- Ability to work under pressure alone and as a team player.
- Great attention to detail.
