Hours
- 3-shift rotation: days, nights and afternoons
- 37 hours per week plus overtime available
The role of Assembly Operator:
- Assembling safety-critical products ensuring 100% accuracy
- Assembly of medium to heavy components requiring dexterity
- Using measurement equipment including tape measures, micrometres and other tools as required
- Experienced use of hand, power and air tools
- Participating in teamwork principles
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment
- Operating and performing at speeds necessary to meet production demand
- Ability to bend, reach and stand for 8 hours
- Hand and eye coordination and ability to read drawings
- Working overtime when required
The ideal Assembly Operator:
- Previous experience within a mechanical assembly environment preferred
- Experience within the automotive sector preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Knowledge of health and safety in the workplace essential
