What You'll Do
Deliver Outstanding Customer Service
- Welcome and seat customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages while ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
- Answer customer questions about our menu and make recommendations when needed.
Keep Service Running Smoothly
- Process payments using the EPOS system.
- Prepare takeaway and delivery orders.
- Keep tables clean, organised, and ready for the next guests.
- Support the team during busy service periods.
Maintain High Standards
- Follow food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
- Ensure the restaurant is clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times.
- Help with opening and closing duties.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
