Part-Time Sales Advisor
Bedworld – Staples Corner, Brent Cross, London
18 hours per week (Friday & Saturday)
Bedworld is one of the UK's leading bed and mattress retailers, helping thousands of customers find the perfect night's sleep. We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Advisor to join our busy Staples Corner showroom.
This position is contracted for 18 hours per week, working full-day shifts on Fridays and Saturdays. However, flexibility is essential, as you'll also be expected to cover additional shifts throughout the week, including weekdays, weekends and holidays, to support the needs of the business. This is a key requirement of the role.
What You'll Do
As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while maximising showroom sales.
Your duties will include:
- Welcoming customers and providing a friendly, professional shopping experience.
- Understanding customers' requirements and recommending suitable products.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Processing customer orders accurately.
- Opening and closing the showroom as a trusted key holder.
- Keeping the showroom clean, organised and well presented.
- Maintaining product displays and merchandising standards.
- Representing the Bedworld brand professionally at all times.
No previous bed industry experience is required, as full product and sales training will be provided.
Working Hours
Our showroom opening hours are:
- Monday-Friday: 10:00am-8:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am-6:00pm
- Sunday: 10:00am-5:00pm
The successful candidate will work full-day Friday and Saturday shifts (18 hours per week).
Please note: Flexibility to work additional shifts across the week, when required, is an essential part of this role. Applicants who cannot provide this flexibility may not be suitable for the position.

Important Information
- This is an on-site position based at our Staples Corner showroom.
- Applicants must already have the legal right to work in the UK.

- Candidates should be able to reliably commute to, or currently reside within a reasonable travelling distance of, Staples Corner, Brent Cross, as this is not a remote or hybrid position.
