We are looking for a talented Pizza chef to join our team at BRICK.
Located by the Garnet, the role requires you to work on site alongside our small close-knit team, stretching & cooking pizzas from fresh using a traditional wood-fired oven. We love creativity and provide our chefs the freedom to make their own specials for site.
Experience in a professional kitchen is essential for this role. Ideally, this will also come with experience working with pizza dough and wood-fired ovens.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to develop new menu items and specials
- Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Preferred, though not essential, experience with Neapolitan style pizza dough and wood-fired ovens.

Pay: £12.71 per hour (Variable dependent on age/experience)
Expected hours: 20-30 per week (Potential to increase to full-time hours from the summer onwards)
