This role offers an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to contribute to the presentation of our prestigious vehicle inventory.
Responsibilities:
- Machine Polishing: Conduct machine polishing and paint correction procedures to enhance the aesthetic appeal of high-end Volkswagen Transporters.
- Vehicle Valeting: Perform thorough and meticulous valeting of vehicles to ensure they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect vehicles before and after detailing processes, ensuring that all work meets the company's quality standards.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest detailing products, techniques, and industry trends to maintain cutting-edge detailing practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and service teams to coordinate detailing schedules and meet customer expectations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that detailing equipment and tools are properly maintained and in good working condition.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Detailer, particularly with high-end or luxury vehicles.
- Proficient in machine polishing techniques and paint correction.
- Thorough understanding of valeting processes and high-quality detailing products.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Effective time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in detailing high-end vehicles is a must.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
- Strong work ethic and a passion for maintaining the highest standards of vehicle presentation.
- Valid driver's license.
