Overview
Sutton Coldfield Plumbing & Heating is looking for experienced, reliable self-employed plumbers to assist with ongoing domestic plumbing work across Sutton Coldfield and surrounding areas.
This is subcontract work with jobs offered as and when required. We are looking to build a small team of dependable plumbers who can carry out work independently, deal professionally with customers and complete jobs to a high standard.
Typical work includes:
- General plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Leaks and fault finding
- Tap, toilet and basin repairs/replacements
- Radiator replacements and alterations
- Shower repairs and installations
- Pipework alterations
- Bathroom plumbing and installation work
- Other domestic plumbing jobs
Requirements:
- Good plumbing experience
- Own tools
- Own van/transport
- Able to work independently
- Reliable and punctual
- Professional manner when dealing with customers
- High standard of workmanship
- Able to leave customers’ homes clean and tidy
Public liability insurance is preferred.
Gas Safe registration is advantageous but not essential, as the majority of work is general plumbing.
Pay: £180–£250 per day depending on experience and the type of work undertaken.
There is potential for regular ongoing work for the right plumbers.
