Are you an experienced machine operator with strong leadership skills? Do you thrive in a fast-paced food production environment? We are currently seeking a Line Leader – Machine Operator to oversee a production line, ensure smooth operations, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and maintain production line machinery to meet daily targets
- Lead and motivate a small team of line workers to achieve performance and efficiency goals
- Perform start-up checks and machine set-ups, ensuring equipment is ready and safe to use
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Carry out minor maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues
- Complete production paperwork accurately and on time
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to Health & Safety and Hygiene policies
- Train new staff members on machinery operation and line processes
- Report any faults, breakdowns, or production issues promptly
