We are hiring a Paid Social Associate Director to play a pivotal role within Publicis Alchemy — an innovation engine at the heart of one of Publicis Media’s largest global pharmaceutical partnerships. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, performance, and people leadership, shaping how social media connects brands with audiences in meaningful, responsible ways. You’ll influence global thinking, elevate standards, and help build work that ultimately supports better outcomes for patients around the world. What you’ll be doing:

Leading the strategic direction of Paid Social across markets, developing and evolving social playbooks that enable best‑in‑class planning and activation.
Designing clear measurement frameworks and test‑and‑learn programmes that turn insight into action and measurable growth.
Driving excellence in Paid Social delivery, ensuring accurate buying, thoughtful optimisation, and high‑quality reporting across all campaigns.
Acting as a senior escalation point, supporting managers and ensuring consistently strong client service and delivery standards.
Growing and maturing the account by expanding platform, product, and technology adoption and identifying new revenue opportunities.
Building and nurturing a Paid Social Centre of Excellence, creating clarity, consistency, and shared ways of working across the team.
Coaching and developing team members, supporting learning, progression, and sustainable high performance.

Skills we’re looking for:

Strong experience planning and activating large‑scale brand and performance Paid Social campaigns across global platforms.
Confidence translating strategy into practical execution, with a clear focus on outcomes and continuous improvement.
Proven experience managing senior client relationships and presenting ideas clearly to a range of stakeholders.
A thoughtful, analytical approach to performance, with curiosity for testing, learning, and innovation.
Experience leading or mentoring teams, with a collaborative and supportive leadership style.
Comfort navigating complexity and managing multiple priorities with care and structure.
A genuine interest in healthcare communications and the positive impact media can have on people’s lives.
