We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. Our establishment prides itself on offering a seasonally changing, extensive menu that ranges from pub classics to a sophisticated five-course tasting menu. Position Details:
- Type: Full-time
- Hours: Working a 4 day week of approx 40/45 hours per week, including split shifts and weekends (days worked may vary)

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes within the designated section
- Assist in the creation of new menu items, ensuring the use of seasonal and locally sourced ingredients

- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment
- Passion for culinary arts and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work well within a well-established and mature team
- Own transport is essential
- Interest in pastry is advantageous but not required
