Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a proactive and personable Resident Liaison Officer to support refurbishment and improvement projects across our North West operations. Acting as the key link between residents, clients and Casey site teams, you will help ensure residents are kept informed and supported throughout project delivery, maintaining positive relationships and minimising disruption wherever possible.
We are looking for someone who is:
· A confident communicator who can build strong relationships with residents, clients, site teams and other stakeholders.
· Experienced in a customer-facing, community engagement, housing, construction or similar environment.
· Organised, resilient and solutions-focused, with the ability to manage competing priorities and challenging conversations professionally.
· In possession of a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance, with flexibility to travel across North West project sites as required.
The Detail
As a Resident Liaison Officer at Casey, you will:
· Arrange and attend resident consultation sessions, open days and engagement events.
· Collect, collate and share resident information gathered through consultation, correspondence, telephone contact and home visits.
· Issue resident pre-start information to ensure residents understand the works, likely duration, access requirements and steps being taken to minimise disruption.
· Identify residents who may need additional support, including elderly, vulnerable or infirm residents, and make sure appropriate consultation and attention is provided.
· Make appointments with residents for all relevant trades and help coordinate smooth workflows within customer properties.
· Maintain constant and effective liaison with site management, the workforce, clients and resident representatives.
· Handle resident queries, concerns and complaints professionally, escalating matters where required and keeping clear records of actions agreed.
· Implement and follow Casey internal policies and procedures, including health, safety, safeguarding, data protection and customer care requirements.
· Provide aftercare support to residents and customers, helping to address ongoing concerns and ensure satisfaction with the service provided.
· Contribute ideas and support community initiatives, PR activity, resident events and wider social value commitments linked to projects.
