How our platform works
- A customer books a clean online (quote → pay). Their payment is held securely.
- The job appears for cleaners in the area (and you may get a nearby job alert).
- You see the guaranteed cleaner payout before you accept (based on job hours and location rate, typically £16–£18/hour; extra reimbursement if the job asks you to bring products).
- You claim the job (first eligible cleaner wins), complete the clean, and mark it done in the app.
- After completion and a short protection window, your payout is sent to your connected account.

Responsibilities
- Deliver thorough cleaning to the job standard (dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, sanitising surfaces, and bathrooms/kitchens as required).
- Maintain high hygiene standards and follow basic health and safety practice on every visit.
- Use your own cleaning kit and products efficiently and safely (or customer products when the job says so).
- Check your work before leaving so quality is consistent.
- Communicate clearly through the platform about job details, access, and completion
- Keep flexible standby availability and respond promptly to jobs you choose to accept.
- Upload/complete any required job proof and report access, safety, or property issues when needed.
Qualifications
- Cleaning experience preferred (domestic or commercial); reliable, detail-focused cleaners welcome.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in finishing work properly.
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own time.
- Smartphone with data to accept jobs and manage work online.
- Reliable transport to reach job locations.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Willing to complete online ID verification before taking jobs.
- Own basic cleaning equipment/supplies (or able to work with customer-provided supplies when listed).
