Iconic Reno Limited is looking for an experienced and reliable General Builder to join our growing team. We undertake a wide range of residential building and renovation projects, including extensions, loft conversions, kitchens, bathrooms and full property refurbishments.
Responsibilities
- Carry out general building and renovation works to a high standard.
- Complete brickwork, blockwork, timber work, plasterboarding and general structural alterations.
- Work on extensions, loft conversions, kitchens and bathrooms.
- Read and work from architectural plans, drawings and structural calculations.
- Attend potential projects, assess the required work and report the details needed to prepare quotations.
- Identify material and labour requirements.
- Coordinate with other trades and members of the project team.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Communicate professionally with customers and company management.
- Ensure work is completed within the agreed programme and to the required standard.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience as a general builder.
- Broad knowledge of residential construction and renovation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to read plans, drawings and structural calculations.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual and professional.
- Own tools.
- Full UK driving licence.
Having your own vehicle is preferred but not essential, as a company vehicle may be available for the right candidate.

Salary - Starting at £160 per day and is negotiable depending on experience.
