Food Production Operative – Immediate Start
Location: Warmley, Bristol, BS30
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week
Shift: 6:00am–2:00pm, [insert working days]
Contract: Zero-hours initially, with the opportunity to move to a permanent contract following successful completion of probation

MyCookieDough is urgently recruiting two reliable Food Production Operatives to join our bakery team in Warmley.
You will help prepare, manufacture, pack and label our dessert products while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and food safety.
Main responsibilities
- Preparing ingredients and raw materials
- Producing and packing products according to instructions
- Checking product quality and presentation
- Labelling and storing finished products correctly
- Accurately completing production records
- Following food-safety, allergen, hygiene and health and safety procedures
- Cleaning equipment and production areas
- Working efficiently as part of a small production team
What we’re looking for
- Reliable, punctual and available for a 6:00am start
- Able to travel reliably to our Warmley bakery
- Comfortable undertaking physical and repetitive work, including standing for extended periods
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions in English for food-safety and health and safety purposes
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous food-production, bakery, kitchen, catering, packing or warehouse experience is desirable, but training can be provided to the right candidate
- Right to work in the UK
