We are looking to recruit an Office Administrator to join our busy office based in Medway City Estate.
Key responsibilities:
· Mainly assisting the estimating department with all administrative duties.
· Providing administrative support to management and staff.
· Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
· Preparing and modifying documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
· Schedule and attend meetings, create agendas and take minutes
· Distributing information and communicating effectively with staff and clients.
Essential requirements:
· Confident with all Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel.
· Previous administrative experience.
· Polite telephone manner.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Personality profile:
· Extremely organised.
· Able to prioritise a changing to-do list.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Uses initiative.
· Comfortable working both individually and as part of a team.

Pay: £27,000.00 per year
