The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

Manage a full 360 recruitment desk

Build relationships with new and existing clients

Confidently pick up the phone to win business and generate vacancies

Source, interview and place candidates

Manage the recruitment process from vacancy through to placement

Deliver a professional service to both clients and candidates

Develop long-term relationships across the local market
About You

To succeed as a Recruitment Consultant, you'll have:

Previous agency recruitment experience

Confidence speaking with clients and candidates over the phone

Strong business development and relationship-building skills

A proactive approach and the ability to work independently

The drive to grow your desk while delivering an excellent candidate experience
