Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Manage paid social advertising campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager , including planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting of performance metrics.
- Create compelling content plans tailored to each platform, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and customer interactions, responding promptly and professionally.
- Analyse campaign data and social media analytics to inform future strategies and optimise performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as creative and sales departments to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry best practices, platform algorithms, and emerging trends in social media marketing.
- Manage relationships with external vendors or agencies when necessary for specialised campaigns or content creation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns.
- Knowledge of paid media management principles and techniques to achieve brand goals.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Metricool, Buffer) and advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to diverse audiences.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling through digital content.
- Experience analysing data metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced digital environment.

- Hands-on time with Metricool or Meta Business Suite
- Canva or basic editing ability
