Role Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated Online Sales Executive to join our growing digital sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars, excellent communication skills, and a track record of success in online or telesales. You’ll be responsible for engaging online leads, nurturing customer relationships, and driving conversions through our e-commerce and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to online inquiries via email, live chat, and social media and on the phone.
- Follow up with warm leads generated through marketing campaigns and our database.
- Advise customers on products, vehicle specifications, financing, and promotions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Update CRM systems with lead and sales data accurately.
- Coordinate with dealer partners, customers and aftersales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Stay updated on automotive trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in online sales, telesales, or automotive retail (1–3 years preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident using CRM and online sales platforms.
- Passion for the automotive industry and customer satisfaction.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: £25,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
