- Manage inventory of parts, tools, and equipment, ensuring availability and proper maintenance of hand tools and power tools.
- Lead and motivate a team of technicians by providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a collaborative work environment.

- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for parts procurement and equipment servicing needs.
