Position: Part-Time Counter Assistant
Location: Ards Blair Mayne Wellbeing and Leisure Complex, Newtownards
Join the team at Parklands Café & Eatery, an independent café located within the Council Leisure Centre Complex. We pride ourselves on excellent service, quality offerings, and a friendly atmosphere.
What We Offer
- Part-Time Position: Applicants must be Flexible to work Daytime Weekdays and Weekends. (Not suitable for school pupils)
- Hours: 10 to 20 per week (more may be available during holiday periods)
- No Late Nights: Enjoy a balanced work-life schedule.
- Training Provided: Barista training included, along with opportunities to develop further skills.
Your Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Delivering a warm, professional, and welcoming experience.
- Food Service: Serving from the hot deli counter.
- Drink Preparation: Preparing and serving a variety of beverages.
- General Duties: Cleaning, maintaining a tidy workspace, and supporting team members.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in customer service or hospitality.

Rate of Pay
· 16 to 17 £8.50. per hour
· 18+ £13.45. per hour
