Overview
Experienced self-employed kitchen fitter required for an ongoing new-build project in Clapham (SW4).
This is price work paid per completed plot, with regular work available for a reliable fitter who can work independently and maintain a good standard.
The work
- Full kitchen installation from drawings
- Fitting base, wall and tall units
- Panels, fillers, doors, drawers and associated finishing work
- Working accurately to site specifications
- Completing plots neatly and to programme
- Returning for any required snags or remedial work
Requirements
- Experienced kitchen fitter
- New-build/site kitchen fitting experience preferred
- Able to work independently from drawings
- Self-employed and able to work under CIS
- Valid CSCS card
- Own 110v and cordless tools
- Reliable and able to commit to agreed working days
- Good standard of finish and able to work at a reasonable price-work pace
Pay
Price work, paid per plot.
Full plot rates and scope will be discussed with suitable applicants.
There is ongoing work on the current project, with further projects available for fitters who perform well.
