Duties
- Respond swiftly to roadside assistance requests, including flat tires, dead batteries, lockouts, and mechanical issues
- Conduct basic vehicle maintenance checks to identify issues and ensure safety standards are met
- Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used for each assistance call
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored after each job
- Communicate effectively with dispatch teams to coordinate timely assistance and update job statuses
Experience
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle repair or maintenance
- Ability to perform vehicle maintenance tasks safely and efficiently under pressure
- Experience is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting mechanical issues
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
