The purpose of this role is to provide leadership and direction to staff and to deliver excellent care and support. You will take responsibility in leading, managing and developing teams.

Experience and skills required:
· Previous experience of managing teams
· Understanding of Dementia
· Experience of working with people with various needs and knowledge around what these could look like for someone
· Be able to develop supportive relationships with staff teams and people we support
· Ability to foster positive relationships with professional agencies and key stakeholders
