Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Trainee Insurance Specialist to join our qualified team. Responsibilities
- Assist clients in understanding various insurance products and services, providing tailored advice to meet their needs
- Manage administration tasks, including processing applications and updating client records accurately
- Conduct analysis of client data
- Engage with clients via telephone, email and video call where necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Collaborate with team members on the different office tasks
- Develop skills to effectively discuss policy options and terms with clients
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and company policies to ensure compliance
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail in administration tasks, knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred but not essential.
- Own transport is essential due to rural location.
- Experience or interest in insurance or customer service roles.
- Interest in historical & listed properties would be beneficial.
- Ability to work well within a team environment and adapt quickly to new challenges
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn about insurance and historical properties.
